This unique course focuses on your specific needs as a married couple. Each event will be tailored to your group's needs. This course could be included as part of a retreat weekend or spread out over several 2-hour classes. You will learn to communicate more effectively with your spouse, manage conflict, diffuse defensiveness, peacefully communicate hurts and frustrations, while building each other's self-esteem all with COLORS in mind.
