These courses teach parenting skills, discipline tools, and ways to build self-esteem that work with your child's individual personality, not against it! There's no other parenting process like it! Parenting By COLORS is SIMPLE to learn and QUICK to apply.

In these courses, parents learn four COLORS, four communication-discipline SKILLS, and how answering ONE amazing question tells every parent EXACTLY what to do in any parenting situation! Parenting By COLORS works, and works FAST!

These workshops and classes are great for individual parents, for mother’s groups, for PTA’s, and for other parent’s associations.  We are based out of Omaha, Nebraska and will travel anywhere you are interested in learning about Parenting By Colors. COLOR WORKS! And Changes Everything............................................FREE (for non-profit groups)

Discover your individual COLORS in this fun, introductory 1 to 2-hour workshop. Gain an "overview" of kid's COLORS and learn how COLORS can improve all of your family relationships. Take home a colorful 8-page handout that includes dozens of parenting tips.

Parenting By COLORS I: Parent's and Kid's Colors......................................................$35.00

In this 3-hour course, come and learn specifically about your individual COLORS and about your parenting style. Also determine your Kid's COLORS! Explore, in-depth, the values, needs, and stressors of each COLOR. See how COLORS affect your family relationships. Discover specific ways to parent your child according to their COLORS. Learn the 3 WORDS that can reveal why your child is doing what they are doing. Receive a full-color, 28-page workbook, a 3 WORDS chart, and other handouts to help you apply what you've learned in class about COLORS.

Parenting By COLORS II: The "Ask, Be, Do" Parenting System.................................$35.00

Learn a simple, but effective, way to communicate and disipline YOUR child according to their COLORS in this second, 3-hour course. Discover the "Ask, Be, Do" Process that simplifies parenting! Learn how answering ONE question tells you what parenting skill to use in any parenting situation.Discipline successfully with your child's COLOR in mind. Receive a second, 24-page, full-color workbook, more helpful COLOR charts, a business card size cheat sheet and more! Prerequisite: Parenting By COLORS Part I

Parenting By COLORS: Focus On Teens.......................................................................$70.00

This 6-hour course focuses on your specific needs as the parent of a teenager. You will experience Parenting By COLORS Part I & II with an in-depth perspective on COLORS and teens. You will learn to communicate more effectively with your teen, diffuse defensiveness, and build their self-esteem with their COLOR in mind. Using the "Ask, Be, Do" Process, you will hold your teenager accountable for their choices while teaching responsibility. You'll learn to love your teen all over again! Full-color workbook and more included. This course is all-inclusive, no prerequisite required.

COLOR WORKS! For Couples .........................................................................................$70.00

Discover each partner's COLORS, needs, and stressors. Learn to communicate more effectively and minimize conflict with each other's COLORS in mind. Learn what Trust Tactics build marriage relationships. This 6-hour course is positive, fun and insightful. Includes workbook and more!
This course is designed to help couples enhance their communication skills and is not a substitute for therapy. Couples will never be asked to work with anyone other than their spouse, or to reveal personal information or details about their relationship.

COLOR WORKS! Coaching Services......................................................(per session) $35.00

If you learn better at your own pace with one-to-one attention, then Parenting By COLORS Coaching Services is right for you. Complete both Parenting By COLORS I & II courses described above as you work individually with Shannon Ward, M.A., or with a certified and trained Parenting By COLORS Coach, on your specific family relationship or parenting goals. Intial consultation is free.

Would you like to share the Color Works principles with your preschool or daycare employees, homeschool group, or public school teachers association? No problem. Rebecca Bockart, our Certified Trainer has more than 18 years’ experience in early childhood education and in conjunction with Shannon Ward, M.A., creator of Parenting By Colors, has created a Teaching By Colors curriculum.
